Abstract:
Diplomová práce na téma Právo kybernetické bezpečnosti se v obecné i konkrétní rovině zabývá vymezením kybernetických útoků, obranou před nimi a případným postihem útočících subjektů. Na základě technické i právní analýzy jednotlivých kybernetických útoků a stručného srovnání se zahraničním postojem k problematice práce navrhuje právně konformní a pragmatická řešení různých bezpečnostních situací.
Abstract:
The thesis on the topic Law of Cybersecurity deals with defining cybernetic attacks, defense against them and appropriate retribution of the attackers. The thesis performs both legal and technological analysis of individual cybernetic attacks and a brief comparison with a foreign approach towards cybersecurity.
