Economic analysis of selected public sector organization

Abstract:

Práce pojednává o vymezení veřejného sektoru včetně jeho kontroly příslušnými orgány veřejného sektoru. První část práce obsahuje základní pojmy a seznámení s veřejným sektorem, jeho organizací a orgány. V další části je popsán rozpočet nižšího územně samosprávného celku, jehož analýzou hospodaření se tato práce zaobírá v části následující. Analyzovaným územně samosprávným celkem je obec Čejč. Závěr práce obsahuje vnitřní kontrolní mechanismus, kterým se obec snaží předcházet neefektivnímu vynakládání veřejných prostředků ze svého rozpočtu včetně doporučení.

Abstract:

This work deals with the definition of the public sector including its control by the competent authorities of the public sector. The first part of the work contains basic concepts and familiarization with the public sector, its organizations and authorities. The next section describes the budget of the lower territorial self-governing unit, whose analysis of the economy is dealt with in the following section. Analyzed territorial self-governing unit is a municipality Čejč. The conclusion of the thesis contains an internal control mechanism, which is located in the city before the preliminary inefficient earning of public funds from your budget, including recommendations.
