Communication at Managing Working Performance
Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje komunikaci při řízení pracovního výkonu v organizaci ve vztahu k profesnímu managementu. Cílem mé práce je zjistit spokojenost zaměstnanců s kvalitou komunikace na pracovišti za účelem navržení opatření, které povedou k větší motivaci a tím ke snížení fluktuace a zvýšení lojality.
Abstract:
This work focuses on Communication at Managing Working Performance in relation to personnel management. The aim of my work is to determine employee satisfaction with the quality of communication in the workplace to propose measures that will lead to greater motivation, reduce staff turnover and increase loyalty.
