Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na posouzení starších použitých osobních dopravních prostředků jako vhodného reálného aktiva pro investování. Analyzuje důležité legislativní aspekty pro historická vozidla. Uvádí porovnání vstupu na investiční trh historických vozidel a analýzu výnosu ve zvoleném období. Dále je představena možnost investování a zhodnocení výhodnosti oproti jiným reálným aktivům.

Abstract:

The thesis focuses on the assessment of older personal vehicles as an appropriate real assets for investment. The thesis analyzes important legislative aspects for historical vehicles. This thesis compares the input to the investment market with historical vehicles and analyzes the returns in selected period. The thesis represents the possibility of investing and evaluating the advantage of investing over other real assets.
