Strategic Rewarding System - Part of the Motivation of Employees in SME

Abstract:

Ve své práci se zabývám systémem odměňování zaměstnanců, protože toto téma je při výběru zaměstnání velmi atraktivní. Motivování zaměstnanců je nedílnou součástí každé firmy. V dnešní době nejsou pro zaměstnance motivující pouze finance a bonusy, ale také benefity, které firmy nabízejí. Na trhu je velká konkurence firem a proto jde i trend v odměňování stále dopředu. Žádanými benefity jsou nejen sportovní aktivity, ale také například firemní školky, či možnost dalšího vzdělávání. Chtěla bych se věnovat problematice odměňování a zjistit, jaké benefity by byly pro zaměstnance zajímavé a naopak. Díky přístupu k datům v konkrétní firmě se domnívám, že výzkum bude zajímavý a přinese výsledky.

Abstract:

My thesis is about the system of rewarding employees. This topic is very attractive when you are looking for an employment. Motivating employees is an integral part of every company. Nowadays employees are not motivated only by financial rewards and bonuses but also by the benefits that companies can offer. There is a big competition amongst various companies on the market and because of this the rewarding trend keeps moving forward. Other than various sports activities, desired benefits also include for example company preschools or other education options. I would like to deal with the issue of rewarding systems and to find out, which benefits are interesting to employees and which benefits are not interesting. Due to access to a specific company, I think that the research will be interesting and will bring some results.
