Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice očkování proti onemocnění covid-19, které bylo právně koncipované jako dobrovolné, ovšem jistými kroky veřejné správy se dostalo na pomezí dobrovolnosti a povinnosti. Cílem této práce je identifikovat tyto kroky veřejné správy, popsat je a následně zhodnotit, zda se ještě jednalo o očkování dobrovolné, nebo bylo překročena hranice s povinností. The thesis deals with the issue of vaccination against COVID-19, which was legally conceived as voluntary. However, certain actions taken by public administration blurred the line between voluntariness and obli-gation.
