Financial analysis of corporate networks

Abstract:

Práce pomocí metod finanční analýzy zkoumá možnosti využití podnikových sítí k daňové optimalizaci. Problémem práce jsou podniky schylující se k daňové optimalizaci, ať už je to za účelem placení nižších daní nebo preferenci platit daně v jejich mateřské zemi. Práce se zaměřuje na odhalení metod daňové optimalizace na území České republiky pomocí pasivní analýzy, na jejímž základě mohou být učiněny kroky k její minimalizaci. Součástí práce je i doplňující dotazník, který zkoumá názory a postoje podniků k daňové optimalizaci. Odpovědi podniků byly porovnány s jejich finančními výkazy.

Abstract:

The work using methods of financial analysis examines the possibilities of using corporate networks for tax optimization. The problem of this work is companies tending towards tax optimization, whether it is for the purpose of paying lower taxes or a preference to pay taxes in their parent country. The work focuses on revealing methods of tax optimization in the territory of the Czech Republic using passive analysis, on the basis of which steps can be taken to minimize it. Part of the work is also a supplementary questionnaire that examines the opinions and attitudes of businesses towards tax optimization. The companies' responses were compared with their financial statements.
