The metodics of investigation of the sexual crime acts
Abstract:
V práci popisuji metodiku vešetřování sexuálních trestných činů včetně přiblížení jednotlivých vyšetřovacích procesů. Zybývám se také procesním stadiem vyšetřování,mou snahou bylo podat výklad především o pohlavním zneužití, jako jedním z nejvíce zraňujíciho sexuálního trestného činu.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the methodology of the sexual crime investigation, particulary with the sexual abuse. I aim to reflect the particularities of inestigation process of the sexual crimes and explain the methodology by way of example of sexual abuse and rape.
