Dynamika inflace v zemích Visegrádské skupiny a její predikce za využití neuronových sítí

Abstract:

Cílem práce bylo je identifikovat inflační vazbu zemí V4, vysvětlit historické inflační šoky v letech 2000-2023 a predikovat inflaci pro všechny země pomocí získaných dat z neuronových sítí na 12 měsíců dopředu. Za pomocí grafického vyjádření a rozboru bylo je zjištěno, že země V4 jsou vzájemně koherentní. Největšími tvůrci inflačních skoků byl Covid-19, energetická krize a válečný konflikt mezi Ruskem a Ukrajinou, z celkového zkoumaného období uvedeného výše. Při predikci zemí V4 bylo je zjištěno, že všechny země budou mít inflaci klesající. U Polska a Maďarska byla je dokonce predikována deflace. Dalším způsobem, jak prokázat schopnost predikcí, byla je validace pro měsíc říjen, kde byly nejvíce úspěšné hodnoty pro Českou republiku a Polsko, s lehkou odchylkou pak Maďarsko a s největším rozdílem o 0,5% Slovensko. Limitem práce je krátká validace dat a nízký počet dat, který je charakteristický pro měsíční inflaci.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis was is to identify the inflation linkage of the V4 countries, explain the historical inflation shocks between 2000 and 2023 and predict inflation for all countries using neural network data for 12 months ahead. By means of graphical representation and analysis, it was is found that the V4 countries are mutually coherent. Covid-19, the energy crisis and the war conflict between Russia and Ukraine were the biggest creators of inflation jumps, out of the total period studied above. When the V4 countries were are predicted, it was found that all countries would have declining inflation. Poland and Hungary were are even predicted to deflate. Another way to demonstrate the predictions ability was is to validate for the month of October, where the most successful values were for the Czech Republic and Poland with a slight deviation, then for Hungary and with the largest difference of 0.5% for Slovakia. The limitation of this work isa short data validation and a low number of data, which is characteristic for monthly inflation.
