Ethics in business
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce je Etika v podnikání. Cílem je vytvoření etického kodexu pro firmu. V teoretické části této práce se věnuji základním pojmům etiky v podnikání. Tyto pojmy jsou etika, morálka, etické kodexy, etické řízení a jeho nástroje. V aplikační části zjišťuji důvody vytvoření etického kodexu pro firmu a následně se věnuji samotné tvorbě návrhu kodexu.
Abstract:
The topic of my bachelor thesis is ethics in business. Purpose of this thesis is to create an ethics code for a certain company. Theoretical part of this thesis is dedicated to basic terms in business. These terms are ethics, morale, ethics code, ethics management and it`s instruments.
