Reduction of Asymmetric Information Through Corporate Governance
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou redukce informační asymetrie. Informační asymetrie v kontextu korporací vzniká především mezi společníky a orgány korporací. Práce analyzuje a porovnává různé nástroje používané k redukci informační asymetrie. Redukce informačních asymetrií nejen minimalizuje problém zastoupení, ale vede i k efektivnějšímu fungování kapitálových trhů.

The presented thesis identifies the underlying principles and analyzes some of the instruments used to reduce information asymmetry in the corporate governance. Information asymmetry is a situation when one party has more or better information than the other. Information asymmetry is mainly observed between the management and the shareholders.
