Práce je zaměřena na aplikaci moderních metod řízení jakosti ve vybraném podniku. Hlavní částí práce je výzkum a prezentace jeho výsledků, který probíhal ve čtyřech oblastech – analýzách ekonomického vývoje společnosti a názorů vedení, zaměstnanců a zákazníků.
