Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na řízení znalosti ve firmě. Pomocí strategických analýz jsou prozkoumávány přednosti a nedostatky konkrétní firmy a stávající konkurence. V diplomové práci je navržena inovace, která pomůže firmě přejít na novou úroveň. Cílem práce je využít podnikové znalostí pro tvorbu návrhu. Popsané návrhy a jejich řešení prokazatelně vedou k celkovému zlepšení situace podniku.
Abstract:
Diploma thesis is focuses on the knowledge management in the company. Through strategic analyzes are explored the strengths and weaknesses of a particular company and the current competition. The thesis proposes an innovation that will help us move the company to a new level. The aim is to utilize business knowledge to create a suggestion.
