Při obranné reakci rostlin dochází k peroxidaci lipidů, která je jeden z hlavních příznaků nekrózy rostlinného pletiva, k níž dochází v místě ataku. Cílem práce je vypracování metodik stanovení peroxidace lipidů. Abstract:
The process of lipid peroxidation is a part of plant defence reaction. It is a specific signature of the necrosis in plant tissue in the site of the attack. The aim of this work is to elaborate the methods to determination of the lipid peroxidation via the measurement of malondialdehyde by reversed-phase HPLC and the measurement of hydroperoxy fatty acids by normal-phase HPLC.
