This diploma thesis deals with the issue of formation, alternation and securement of labour relationship obligations. The first part of thesis deals with the objects, function and sources of labour law. In next part is paid attention to the principle of subsidiarity, which defines mutual relation between the Civil Code (lex generalis) and The Labour Code (lex specialis).
