Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se snaží představit různě pohledy na teorii postkolonialismu. Také hledá a analyzuje prvky postkolonialismu v dílech Salmana Rushdieho - Satanské verše a Zadie Smith - Bílé zuby a snaží se nalézt podobnosti a odlišnosti těchto dvou autorů v jejich pojetí problematiky postkolonialismu.
Abstract:
The thesis is dealing with the various perspectives on postcolonial theory. It tries to find and analyse postcolonial elements and aspects in two works - The Satanice Verses by Salman Rusdhie and White Teeth by Zadie Smith and also tries to find similarities and differences in these two authors dealing with postcolonial issues.
