Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá detekcí DNA v případě sekundární predace u pavouků. Za využití molekulárních metod se snažíme zjistit, zdali je sekundární predace opravdu detekovatelná a mohla by potenciálně ovlivnit výsledky výzkumu trofické niky.
Abstract:
This thesis focuses on prey DNA detection in case of secondary predation in spiders. We try to determine whether secondary predation is really detectable and whether it could potentially affect the results of trophic niche research.
