The Influence of Quechua on Andean Spanish

Abstract:

Diplomová práce "La influencia del quechua en el espańol andino" ("Vliv kečuánštiny na andskou španělštinu") pojednává o vlivu kečuánštiny a částečně i aymarštiny na andskou španělštinu (horské oblasti Peru, Bolívie a Ekvádoru) ve foneticko-fonematickém plánu a v plánu morfosyntaktickém. V první kapitole jsou představeny různé klasifikace americké španělštiny a dialektální dělení peruánské španělštiny. Druhá kapitola je věnována indiánským jazykům, kterými se mluví nebo mluvilo v Andách, historii kečuánštiny a aymarštiny a stručnému přiblížení kečuánské gramatiky. Poslední kapitola pojednává o vlivech zmíněných jazyků na španělštinu: ve fonetice a fonologii (samohlásky, souhlásky, přízvuk) a v morfosyntaxi (odvozovací přípony, porušování shody, předměty a enklitická zájmena, posesivní konstrukce, slovesné časy a způsoby, pořádek slov, nadbytečná, nesprávná použití a vynechání, sémantické a syntaktické kalky).

Abstract:

The thesis "La influencia del quechua en el espańol andino" ("The Influence of Quechua on Andean Spanish") deals with the influence of Quechua, and partly also of Aymara, on Andean Spanish (mountain areas of Peru, Bolivia and Equador) in the phonetics and phonemics and in the morphosyntax. Various classifications of American Spanish and its dialectical divisions are introduced in the first chapter. The second chapter concerns itself with the Amerindian languages spoken in the Andes, with the history of Quechua and Aymara, and with an itroduction to the Quechuan grammar. The last chapter treats the influence of the languages in question on Spanish: in the phonetics and phonemics (vowels, consonants, and the stress), and in the morphosyntax (derivational suffixes, grammatical discordance, objects and clitics, possessive constructions, verb tenses and moods, word order, redundances, erroneous uses and omissions, semantical and syntactical calques).
