Téma tejto bakalárskej práce je ruská kuchyňa na Slovensku. Cieľom práce je analýza stôp ruskej kuchyne v reštauráciách a domácnostiach na území juhozápadného Slovenska.Práca je rozdelená do troch častí: teoretickej, analytickej a návrhovej.
