Prison service turnover and staff retention tools
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu fluktuace a nástrojů na udržení si zaměstnanců ve vybrané vězeňské službě a zvolených organizačních jednotkách. Zabývá se identifikací příčin a důsledků fluktuace a na základě zjištění z analýzy navrhuje řešení na zlepšení aktuální situace s vysokou fluktuací a problémy s udržením zaměstnanců.
Abstract:
The work focuses on the analysis of turnover and on tools used for retaining employees in particular prison service and specific organizational units. The work deals with the identification of the causes and consequences of turnover and based on the analysis result proposes solutions to improve the current situation with high turnover and problems with retaining employees.
