Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na syntézu a biologickou aktivitu fytokanabinoidů. V rámci teoretické části práce jsou shrnuty základní poznatky z oblasti kanabinoidů jak přírodních, tak syntetických. Jsou zde uvedeny mimo jiné různé metody syntézy fytokanabinoidů, biosyntéza fytokanabinoidů v rostlinách Cannabis sativa, jejich prokázaná biologická aktivita a využití v současné medicíně. Abstract:
This thesis focuses on the synthesis and biological activity of phytocannabinoids. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes basic knowledge in the field of cannabinoids, both natural and synthetic. Among other topics, various methods of synthesis of phytocannabinoids, biosynthesis of phytocannabinoids in Cannabis sativa plants, their proven biological activity and use in current medicine are presented …more
