Steps of the Credit process of a Company

Abstract:

V této práci se zabývám fázemi úvěrového procesu podniku v období finanční krize a především porovnáním rizikovosti dvou českých stavebních firem. V teoretické části zkoumám důvody pro financování firem cizími zdroji, optimální kapitálovou strukturu společnosti a úvěrovou analýzou podniku. V aplikační části pak na dvou konkrétních případech procházím všemi fázemi úvěrového procesu podniku se zaměřením na vliv finanční krize, resp. porovnání stavu v roce 2007 a 2008. V závěru této diplomové práce pak shrnuji zjištěné informace a formuluji výsledky výzkumu.

Abstract:

In this dissertation I undertake to examine the phasis of the credit process of a company during the financial crisis and above all to compare the risk rate of a couple of Czech construction companies. In the theoretical part I examine the reasons for credit financing of a company, optimal capital structure and credit analysis of a company. In the application part I go through all the phases of a credit process based on two particular examples with the aim on influence of financial crisis on this process, particularly comparison of the years 2007 and 2008. In the conclusion I summarize the ascertained information and form the results of the research.
