Abstract:
Lektiny jsou proteiny, které jsou schopné specificky a reverzibilně vázat sacharidy. Mnoho patogenních mikroorganizmů má lektiny na svém povrchu a využívá je k přichycení na hostitelský organizmus. Cílem diplomové práce je klonovat, připravit a charakterizovat hypotetický lektin MCL z patogenní plísně Microsporum canis. Abstract:
Lectins are proteins with the ability to specifically and reversibly bind saccharides. A number of pathogenic microorganism have lectins on their surface and use them for adhesion to the host organism. The aim of this diploma thesis is to clone, produce and characterize a hypothetical lectin from pathogenic fungus Microsporum canis.
