Tato práce se zabývá zhodnocením výběrového řízení pro železniční trať Ostrava-Olomouc. Cílem této práce je prozkoumání výše zmíněné veřejné zakázky, zhodnocení nastavení podmínek tohoto výběrového řízení a nakonec navržení efektivnějších podmínek výběrového řízení. This thesis focuses on assesment of Ostrava-Olomouc railway tender. Aim of this thesis is examine the tender, evaluation of design of the tender and recommendation of better design of the tender.
