This thesis deals with the Institute of surrogate motherhood. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is about a surrogate motherhood, explaining of some concepts, process sides of the replacement motherhood, a surrogacy process in the Czech Republic, a description of various stages of the surrogacy process.
