Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje metodám reflexe a sebereflexe v naplňování pracovní role. Cílem diplomové práce je zmapovat využití metod podporujících reflexi a sebereflexi v učitelské profesi. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny klíčové kompetence a dovednosti pedagogů, zdůrazněna jedinečnost školního prostředí, schopnost pedagogické reflexe a sebereflexe a teoreticky popsané metody reflexe a sebereflexe. Praktická část této práce poskytuje důkladnou analýzu a interpretaci dat z kvalitativního výzkumu, který zkoumá efektivitu metod reflexe a sebereflexe pro jejich připadnou implementaci v konkrétní vzdělávací instituci.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on the methods of reflection and self-reflection in fulfilling the work role. The aim of the thesis is to map the use of methods promoting reflection and self-reflection in the teaching profession. The theoretical part defines the key competencies and skills of teachers, highlights the uniqueness of the school environment, the ability of pedagogical reflection and self-reflection and theoretically describes the methods of reflection and self-reflection. The practical part of this thesis provides an in-depth analysis and interpretation of qualitative research data that explores the effectiveness of reflection and self-reflection methods for their appropriate implementation in a specific educational institution.
