Moje diplomová práce se zaměřuje na konkurenceschopnost v gastronomii. Zabýval jsem se nabídkou kávových společností, jejich sortimentem, přístupem a servisem k zákazníkům HORECA segmentu. My thesis focuses on competitiveness in gastronomy. I have dealt with companies offering coffee, their range, access and service to customers HORECA segment. The theoretical part is focused on gastronomy, history of coffee, its development to the present day. Deal with the division by origin and by type.
