Determination of refractive index for contact lens materials
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá spektrální závislostí indexu lomu kontaktní čočky a různými aspekty, které jeho hodnotu ovlivňují. Průběh indexu lomu je zkoumán na základě měření propustnosti spektrofotometrem, z níž se následně vypočítají indexy lomu pomocí vzorce. Abstract:
This thesis deals with refractive index spectra of contact lens materials and various effects on refractive index values. Research was based on transmittance measurements from which refractive indices were evaluated. Fundamentals of light propagation and behaviour, basic methods for refractive index determination, spectrophotometers and contact lens materials are discussed as well.
