Monitoring of production process qualitative characteristics in Medical industry

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je analýza, návrh, implementace a otestování sys-tému pro sledování procesů v prostředí výroby lékařského vybavení. V první části práce je stručně představena národní společnost Teleflex a také je popsána problema-tika sledování procesů. V druhé části jsou zachyceny a popsány poţadavky na vytvá-řený systém. Podle nich jsou určeny nástroje a technologie, které budou při tvorbě systému vyuţity. Kaţdá technologie a nástroj jsou pak stručně popsány. V další části je zachycena analýza, implementace a testování vyvíjeného systému. Na závěr je doplněno, jak by mohl být vytvořený systém dále rozvíjen.

Abstract:

Main goal of this dissertation is analysis, design, implementation and testing of the system for manufacturing processes monitoring in medical industry. First of all, there is briefly introduced global company Teleflex and also, there is discussed theory of processes monitoring. In second part there are mentioned and described requirements for the system. On base of requirements were identified tools and tech-nologies, which will be used for implementation of the system. Every technology and tool is shortly described. In the next part, there is explained analysis, implementation and testing of the system. At the end is proposed future system development.
