Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo otestovat nově syntetizované multivalentní inhibitory lektinu PA-IIL produkovaného oportunním lidským patogenem Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Metodami zkoumání byly hemaglutinace a její inhibice. Schopnost lektinu PA-IIL aglutinovat erytrocyty byla ověřena hemaglutinací erytrocytů tří krevních skupin A, B a 0 ošetřených i neošetřených papainem. Lektin byl schopen aglutinovat …more
Abstract:
Aim of this bachelor thesis was to test newly synthesised multivalent inhibitors of lectin PA-IIL produced by the opportunistic human pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Hemagglutination and its inhibition were methods of the research.
