Hlavním cílem této práce je navrhnout zlepšení pro fungování Plastikářského klastru ve Zlínském kraji. V první části je provedena rešerše teoretických pramenů z oblasti klastrů a klastrových iniciativ (historie klastrů, definice klastru atd.).
