Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na hotel MANA v obci Líchovy, č. p. 6, bývalý okres Příbram. Cílem je provedení stavebně technického průzkumu a následné architektonické studie. Úvod teoretické části práce se zabývá problematikou urbanismu a územního plánování. Následně je řešen stavebně technický průzkum. V závěru teoretické části jsou popsány základní požadavky na hotel jako celek a jeho jednotlivé části. Druhá část, tedy aplikační, se zaměřuje na stavebně technický průzkum hotelu Mana, který se zabývá problematikou jednotlivých částí hotelu a jejich stávajícím stavem. Byly odhaleny nedostatky, které je třeba před zprovozněním nutno vyřešit a odstranit. Závěrečná část se proto věnuje zjištěným nedostatkům v hotelu, následným konkrétním návrhům jejich oprav a modernizaci některých částí hotelu za použití novější technologie. Mým cílem bylo navrhnout taková opatření, jejichž prostřednictvím by bylo možné hotel po delší době znovu otevřít a která by umožnila finančně přijatelnou rekonstrukci.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis is focused on the hotel MANA in the village Líchovy, No. 6, the former district of Příbram. The aim is a performance of a building and technical exploration and follow-up architectonic study. At first a few words in the theoretical part of the thesis deal with the issue of urbanism and spatial planning. Subsequently, the building and technical exploration is solved. In the end of the theoretical part, the basic requirements for the hotel and its individual parts are described. The second part which means the application one focuses on the MANA hotel itself. It describes the building and technical exploration, which deals with description of the various parts of the hotel and their current state. Deficiencies have been identified that those will be solved and removed before getting to work. The final part deals with the deficiencies of the specific parts of the hotel and the following certain project of their reparation. Some parts of the hotel need to be modernized and used with newer technologies. My aim was to propose the measures, thanks to it would be possible to reopen the hotel after a long time and the reconstruction would be financially acceptable.
