Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice cévních vstupů PORT a PICC, a to jak z pohledu zdravotnického personálu, tak samotných pacientů. V práci jsou přehledně popsány hlavní teoretická kritéria cévních vstupů PORT a PICC. Cílem průzkumné části je analyzovat a porovnat výhody a nevýhody šetřených vstupů a diskutovat o jejich specifických vlastnostech v této problematice. Porovnání se týká např. faktorů omezení, diskrétnosti, časové náročnosti či spokojenosti pacientů se vstupem.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis is devoted to the issue of PORT and PICC vascular accesses, both from the point of view of the medical staff and the patients themselves. The thesis clearly describes the main theoretical criteria of PORT and PICC vascular accesses. The goal of the research part is to analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of the investigated inputs and to discuss their specific characteristics in this issue. The comparison concerns, for example, factors of limitation, discretion, time requirement or patient satisfaction with admission.
