Social policy of the employer

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the social policy of the employer from several points od views. The work is divided into three chapters. The first chapter gives information about social policy of the employer from a theoretical point of view. The second chapter discusses the social policy of the employer in terms of its legislation in the Slovak Republic according to the Labour Code and related regulations. The third chapter of this work is devoted to research that shows views of employees and their perception of social policy, also notes wether is the Labour Code in practice followed by employers. Individual chapter fulfill the stated objective of thesis to dismantle the social policy of the employer from a theoretical point of view, the legislative assumptions and practical perspective on the social policy of the employer.

Abstract:

Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá sociálnou politikou zamestnávateľa z viacerých pohľadov. Práca je rozdelená na tri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola podáva informácie o sociálnej politike zamestnávateľa z teoretického pohľadu. Druhá kapitola rozoberá sociálnu politiku zamestnávateľa z hľadiska jej legislatívnej úpravy v Slovenskej republike podľa zákonníka práce a súvisiacich predpisov. Tretia kapitola tejto práce je venovaná prieskumu, ktorý zobrazuje názory zamestnancov a ich vnímanie sociálnej politiky zamestnávateľa a zároveň poukazuje na skutočnosť ako je zákonník práce v praxi dodržiavaný zamestnávateľmi. Jednotlivé kapitoly napĺňajú stanovený cieľ bakalárskej práce rozobrať sociálnu politiku zamestnávateľa z teoretického pohľadu, jej legislatívnych východísk a z praktického pohľadu na sociálnu politiku zamestnávateľa.
