History of Destructive and Non-destructive Methods of Forensic and Criminalistic Research

Abstract:

Tématem této bakalářské práce je historický vývoj destruktivních a nedestruktivních metod forenzních a kriminalistických zkoumání. Práce bude zaměřena především na metody kriminalistické techniky od jejich vzniku až po zavedení do policejní praxe, nebo případně do jejich zániku. Cílem této práce je popsat historický vývoj kriminalistických metod a zodpovědět, proč jsou pro vyšetřování nepostradatelnou součástí. Mojí snahou bylo vypracovat přehled destruktivních a nedestruktivních metod v jednotlivých kriminalistických technikách a také poukázat na to, proč jsou nedestruktivní metody pro kriminalistiku důležitější.

Abstract:

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the historical development of destructive and non-destructive methods of forensic and criminalistic research. The work will focus mainly on the methods of forensic technology from their inception to their introduction into police practice, or eventually their demise. The aim of this work is to describe the historical development of criminalistic methods and answer why they are an indispensable part of the investigation. My effort was to compile an overview of destructive and non-destructive methods in individual forensic techniques and also to point out why non-destructive methods are more important for forensic techniques.
