Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou stanovení plazmatických lipidů pomocí tenkovrstvé chromatografie. V teoretické části jsou zmíněny vlastnosti lipidů, jejich dělení do jednotlivých skupin, rozdělení mastných kyselin a lipidový metabolismus. Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with the determination of plasma lipids by thin layer chromatography. The theoretical part mentions the properties of lipids, their division into individual groups, the division of fatty acids and lipid metabolism.
