Implementation and testing of the DNA model for live cell simulations
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to implement FJC model and in this model implement well-known DNA behavior, examine model functioning in these modes and eventually design and examine corrections of this model to meet some of the physical and biological criteria, especially the length between histones in DNA chain. Thesis is made for already working simulator of living cells developed in CBIA laboratory.
Abstract:
Účelom tejto práce je implementovať FJC model a v ňom známe vzorce správania DNA, otestovať fungovanie modelu v týchto režimoch a prípadne navrhnúť a otestovať korekcie tohto modelu, tak aby boli splnené niektoré fyzikalno-biologické kritéria, najmä dodržanie dĺžky medzi histónmi na DNA vlákne. Práca je robená pre už hotový simulátor živých buniek vyvíjaný v laboratóriu CBIA.
