Abstract:

Etická spotřeba, je druh reakce občanské společnosti na ohrožující stav životního prostředí a vývoj obchodních praktik, které potenciálně poškozují životní prostředí a lidstvo. Postupy etické spotřeby, se formují především v rozvinutých zemích s pevně ukotvenými občanskými institucemi; tento proces se neustále rozšiřuje i na rozvojové státy. Moje bakalářská práce popisuje, jak je chování zákazníka ovlivněno etickým a zeleným marketingem a zkoumá, zda má povědomí účinek. Cílem této bakalářské práce, je demonstrovat pohled spotřebitelů, ukázat o co v etické spotřebě usilují a jak na problémy související se společenskou odpovědností reaguje konkrétní značka (výrobce) módního oblečení. První kapitola mé práce je úvodní a popisuje vznikající obavy týkající se environmentálních problémů a chování spotřebitele. Druhá a třetí kapitola představuje teoretickou strukturu a zdůrazňuje hlavní teoretické koncepty, jako jsou udržitelný přístup a společenská odpovědnost firem v odvětví módy, současné etické trendy spotřeby a dotýká se konceptu greenwashingu. Ve třetí kapitole, je analyzován přehled doporučené literatury. Čtvrtá kapitola práce, metodická část, je praktická a popisuje ukázkové motivační faktory skupiny a studium zavádějících marketingových strategií, včetně konceptu greenwashingu. Závěry a nálezy jsou vyvozeny v páté a šesté kapitole - bylo dosaženo hlavního cíle diplomové práce. Závěry nakonec zdůrazňují různé motivace spotřebitelů k zapojení se do etické spotřeby - účast na etické spotřebě je dána současnou přítomností kritického souboru faktorů různé povahy, jenž leží na straně jednotlivců (skupin) a prostředí.

Abstract:

Ethical consumption is a kind of civil society reaction to the threatening state of the environment and the development of business practices that potentially harm nature and people. Ethical consumption practices are formed primarily in developed countries with solid civic institutions; this process extends continuously to the developing states. My bachelor thesis describes how customer behavior is affected by ethical and green marketing, and explores whether or not awareness has an effect. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to demonstrate consumers’ point of view, show what they strive for regarding ethical consumption and accommodate the problems connected to the corporate social responsibility of particular fashion clothing brand. Chapter one of my thesis is introductory and describes arising concerns regarding environmental issues and consumer behavior. Second and third chapters present theoretical framework and outline main theoretical concepts, such as sustainable approach and corporate social responsibility in fast fashion industry, current ethical consumption trends and touches a concept of greenwashing – suggested literature review is analyzed in the third chapter. Fourth chapter of thesis, the methodological part, is practical and describes sample group motivation factors and study of misleading marketing strategies, including the concept of greenwashing. Findings and conclusions are drawn in fifth and sixth chapters – the main aim of the graduation thesis has been reached. Finally, the findings highlight the different motivations of consumers for engaging in ethical consumption - participation in ethical consumption is determined by the simultaneous presence of a critical set of factors of different nature, lying on the side of both individuals (groups) and the environment.
