Cílem této práce je implementace prototypu aplikace odstraňující šum v krystalografických datech za použití metody half-quadratic filtru. Práce popisuje koncepty z krystalografie a matematiky nezbytné pro její implementaci. Dále se soustředí na analýzu výsledků filtrování implementovaným řešením na pěti různých vzorcích. Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to implement a prototype application that removes noise from crystallographic data using the half-quadratic filter method. The thesis describes the crystallographic and mathematical concepts required for the implementation.
