Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce „Age management pro práci s vybranou věkovou skupinou zaměstnanců“ je rozbor personální práce se zaměstnanci ve věku 18-29 let a následné srovnání teoretických přístupů s praktickou aplikací v konkrétním podniku. První část práce se zaobírá teoretickým vymezením tématu včetně socio-kulturního kontextu a předpovědí budoucího vývoje. Druhá část se soustřeďuje zejména na konkrétní podnik a jeho přístup k řízení zaměstnanců. Nakonec je celá práce uzavřena zhodnocením, jak podnik využívá metod age managementu, popřípadě ve kterých oblastech je místo ke zlepšení.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Age management for the work with a specific age group of employees” is an analysis of personnel management of employers aged between 18 and 29 years, afterwards comparison of theory with practice in a specific company. In the first part of the thesis, theoretical background will be introduced including socio-cultural context and forecasts of future development. The second part is dealing with practical approaches in the specific company. Finally, an evaluation of, company’s practices is provided as well as how it can be improved.
