Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na adaptační proces pracovníků na pracovišti. Práce popisuje různé metody a aspekty jejich uplatnění ve vybrané společnosti. Práce je věnována analýze efektivnosti adaptačního procesu ve vybrané organizaci s ohledem na její potřeby. Výsledkem této práce je doporučení, vytvořené na základě provedeného porovnání teorie a praxe a vyhodnoceného dotazníkového šetření.
Abstract:
The Bachelor Thesis focuses on the adaptation process of the company’s personnel. Various methods as well as aspects of their application in the company are examined. The work is concerned with the effectiveness analysis of the adaptation process in the chosen organization in the context of its needs.
