The Concept of Norm and Normativity in Brno Law School
Abstract:
Tato práce se zaměřuje na problematiku pojetí normy a normativity v brněnské právní škole. Zabývá se zakladatelem normativní teorie, Františkem Weyrem a jeho pokračovateli i kritiky. Důraz je kladen na popis metodologických předpokladů právní vědy, tak, jak je formulovala normativní škola.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the problem of the norm and the normativity as formulated by the Brno law school. It focuses on its founder, František Weyr and his followers and disciples, as well as the critiqiue of their work. The accent is directed on the creation of the methodological basis for the jurisprudence as laid down by the Normative school.
