Práce se zabývá rolí sociálních podniků v předcházení vzniku odpadu. Zaměřuje se na představení současných poznatků z Velké Británie, v rámci které identifikuje největší počet sociálních podniků přispívajících k prevenci vzniku odpadu a opětovnému použití, tedy nejvyšším stupňům odpadové hierarchie podle Evropské unie. This thesis deals with the role of social enterprises in the waste prevention. It presents the contemporary findings from Great Britain where the largest number of social enterprises was found to contribute to the goals of waste prevention and reuse, the highest levels of waste hierarchy defined by European Union.
