Abstract:

Absolventská práce se zabývá možnostmi zlepšení komunikace s romskou mládeží v nízkoprahových zařízeních pro děti a mládež (dále NZDM). Teoretická část je věnována pojmu NZDM, osobě klíčového pracovníka, specifikům romství jakožto možné bariéře v komunikaci a pak komunikaci samotné. Cílem praktické části práce je zjistit, jak pracují kontaktní pracovníci NZDM do kterých dochází romská mládež, se svou klientelou, zda se setkávají se specifiky v oblasti komunikace a jak s těmito specifiky pracují, případně nepracují. Zjištění jsem prováděla pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů s pracovníky NZDM.

Abstract:

This graduate work deals with possibilities of improving communication with the Roma youth in easy access facilities for children and the youth. The theoretical part deals with the concept of easy access facilities for children and the youth, the person of the key worker, the specifics of Roma as a possible barrier in communication and then communication itself. The aim of the practical part is to find out how contact workers work with the Roma youth, their clients, whether there are specifics in the field of communication and how they work or do not work with these specifics. I came to my findings on the basis of semi-structured interviews with the staff.
