The Effect of Government Savings Bonds on the Public Debt

Hlavním cílem práce je analýza a zhodnocení první emise spořicích státních dluhopisů vy-dané v České republice. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část obsahuje přehled teoretických poznatků spojených s problematikou dluhopisů a veřejného dluhu. Abstract:
The main goal of my bachelor thesis is an analysis and evaluation of the first issue of go-vernment´s savings bonds issued by the Czech Republic. My work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part includes an overview of theoretical finding joined with bonds issues and with public debt.
