Ve své diplomové práci se zabývám právní úpravou odměňování závislé práce v podnikatelské sféře. Úvodem se věnuji historickému vývoji, na který navazuji charakteristikou základních pojmů a popisem forem odměn za práci vykonanou zaměstnancem. Větší část je potom věnována současné právní úpravě, principům odměňování a mzdě v podnikatelské sféře. Práce je vypracovaná obecně v rovině teoretické. Byla využitá …more

In my diploma thesis I deal with legal regulation of remuneration of dependent work in business sphere. At the beginning I deal with the historical development, which is followed by the characteristics of the basic concepts and the description of the forms of rewards for the work done by the employee.
