Práce je zaměřena za prvé na základy EEG a ERP záznamů, za druhé na teorii a implementaci webových služeb, za třetí na knihovnu EDEDClient.jar pro spojení mezi webovou službou a JERPA, za čtvrté a za poslední na implementaci prohlížeče experimentů v JERPA.
