Tato práce si klade za cíl představit pohled Thomase Hobbese, Johna Locka a Jean-Jacques Rousseaua na postavení jedince a jeho práv, a to jak v podmínkách přirozeného stavu, tak v podmínkách státního zřízení. Práce se bude zakládat na analýze klíčových děl všech tří myslitelů, ve kterých jsou koncepty přirozeného stavu a společenské smlouvy přítomny. The main aim of this work is to present the view of Thomas Hobbes, John Locke and Jean-Jacques Rousseau on the position of the individual and his rights, both under the conditions of the natural state and under the conditions of the state system.
