The compounds of the nonmetals in the process of surface protection of various materials

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá možností aplikací sloučenin alkoxysilanů na povrchy různých materiálů za účelem jejich ochrany. Dále se zaměřuje na vliv nastavení plazmové tužky, která byla použita k nanášení sloučeniny, na vznikající vrstvu. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje charakteristiky jednotlivých materiálů, se kterými se pracovalo, vlastnosti a praktické využití některých silikonových sloučenin. V experimentální část popisuje nanášení vrstev alkoxysilanů pomocí plasmové tužky a vlastnosti vzniklých vrstev, zejména jejich hydrofobita.

Abstract:

In this thesis we study application of alkoxysilane compounds on the surfaces of various materials for the purpose of their protection. Further it studies influence of plasma pencil settings, which was used for deposition, on the forming layer. Theoretical part of this thesis includes characterization of individual materials, we used, properties and usage of some of the silicon compounds. Experimental part describes deposition of alkoxysilanes layers using plasma pencil and particularly properties of formed hydrophobic layers.
