Process management in the development of adverse events in health care facilities

Abstract:

Tato práce pojednává o problematice nežádoucích událostí ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Téma jsem si vybrala, protože nežádoucí události jsou nejen ve zdravotnictví ale i v povědomí široké veřejnosti aktuálním tématem. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První, teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmu nežádoucí událost, identifikací rizik vzniku nežádoucích událostí a následným preventivním opatřením. Druhá, výzkumná část obsahuje popis metodiky výzkumu. Součástí je interpretace výsledků, které byly zjištěny na základě dotazníkové metody. Výsledky jsou zpracovány v tabulkách, grafem a slovně popsány. Na konci výzkumné části je diskuze, kde jsou rozebrány předem stanovené výzkumné otázky.

Abstract:

This work deals with the problem of adverse events in health care facilities. This topic was chosen because adverse events occur and are not only in health care but also as a topical issue in awareness of the general public. The work is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part deals with the definition of the term of adverse event, identification of possible risks of these events and subsequent precautions. The second research part - provides a description of the research methodology. As a part of the work there is also interpretation and explanation of the results, that were found out based on a questionnaire method. The results are presented in tables and a diagram and also described verbally. In the discussion at the end of the research part, there is the thesis discussed and the predetermined questions to the research.
